"Same Day Shipments of your Gourmet Cookware"...

The mission statement for our company is easy- "Quality Products Delivered Promptly to your Door"   The implementation of our goals is a little tougher.  P4Online.com was founded in October of 1998, as an extention of a Pontiac, Illinois Gourmet store. Within a year, the online orders completely overwhelmed the existing store. Therefore, a totally separate new company, GreatCookware, Inc. was incorporated in June 2000, and a new warehouse and fulfillment center was built. Now, GreatCookware became a team effort with one main goal- to have the items you want, and to get them shipped to you the same day.

Since that time, GreatCookware.com continues to expand our online catalog with one person in mind, you.   First, we travel to the best international cookware shows, such as the Gourmet Products Show in New Orleans, and meet with such industry giants as Michael Kramm (head of Capresso) and Emeril LaGasse (world famous chef) We look for the best products available and place large stocking orders.   When the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, we examine it and place it in our large computerized warehouse inventory. Then, and only then, is it placed on our website. If it is on the site, it is in stock.  This allows us to consistently ship your orders the same business day that you ordered. In December 2002, we only had one (1) brief backorder...and we're working on that! J )
