Please include the name given as the billing address, your order number, and a brief message regarding your request to cancel. You may still cancel your order even if it has already been processed, shipped, and is in-transit to you. To do so, simply refuse the UPS delivery and you will be credited for the sale when the carrier returns the refused shipment to us.
