There are currently two ways to check the status of your order. You can call us toll free at 1-815-692-6269 (during business hours), or contact us via email at: customers@greatcookware.com . Status by Phone is available Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm(Central Time). Please be ready to provide your order number, name, and date of order to our representative. Status by email is available 24 hours a day. If you placed your order online, you should have received an email confirmation from us that includes all of the details for your order. Simply go to your email program and REPLY to our confirmation, and include a brief message if you like. Before contacting you with the status, we may contact manufacturers or suppliers to obtain an accurate time-frame to report back to you - in some cases, this may take one or two business days. |
